After signing the agreement, we will provide you with better payment terms for our long-term clients.

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Yes, we have free stock samples ready for you and you just need to pay the express freight, or freight be collected with your express account DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc.

If you need your design samples, then need sample fee about $50, can be refundable for bulk order.

And our MOQ is 10pcs.

The price for sample and bulk order rather different.

Sample order are welcomed and surely, we will get a better price for your bulk order.

After certain your requirement we will provide you matched product and arrange the production after your payment finished.

Firstly, kindly share us your requirement (QTY, Logo, Material, Size, Thickness, Printing, Accessory, Chip or not, Package etc.)

Secondly, we will quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Then pls send your original artwork in PDF/CDR/AI file so that we can check the best printing way for your design.

Thirdly, we send you contract and design proof for your confirmation then you pay 30% deposit or 100% for formal order.

Fourthly We arrange the production

All our products through Strict quality control processes, 100% QC, every step is governed by ISO 9001:2015 certified quality. So, we can guarantee for our products quality.

We offer 1 year warranty service for all goods of our company.

We will get our clients refund or replacements for defectives goods not caused by human being. Or we can discuss to have other solution for long-term business relationship.

Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system, we will send you more spare goods to avoid any defective goods.

Secondly, if there are really defective goods, then we will offer free replacements with next order. Or we can discuss the best solution.

Lastly, we will inform you in advance if there are any problems in production, then we will take action immediately to minimize the loss.

Yes, you can cancel before we start our final approval.

After we have received your signature of approval for production there are no refunds.

Cancellations before the final approval are available for full refund.

Usually, we will offer Proforma Invoice before the payment.

And Formal invoice with our signature after payment for you.
