Laundry Management
RFID Laundry Management can use in hotels,hospitals,laundry facilities ,baths professional washing companies and any textiles company to managing medical garments，textiles linens and uniforms to reduce laborious stock inventory, sorting process, ensuring that laundry organizations deliver on time.
Laundry management contain two key RFID hardware:
RFID Laundry Tags (Textile Laundry tag, Silicone Laundry Tag,PPS laundry tag)
RFID Handheld Readers/UHF Fixed reader
The laundry tags can store data, associate the information of each washing product to the database, record and track the workflow and life cycle of each work clothes,texitle and linen.its easily affixed onto textile products (Heat sealing,Sewing,hanging,Pocket) and can be washable ,withstand compression, heat-sealing processes ,high temperatures，exposure to detergents and chemicals
Progress of laundry tracking:
Product identification:
each item of clothing is identified by sewing a button RFID laundry tag on each item of laundry to be managed. RFID tag unique ID number in the world and a user area for writing data. It can write the specific attributes of clothing in the tag, such as clothing owner, clothing life, clothing washing times, clothing model, etc.
Washing time record:
Due to the characteristics of RFID tag, it can record the washing times of clothes/ textiles /linens and uniforms, predict the life of clothes, reasonably control the clothing inventory, and provide users with more scientific services.
Dirt /clean inventory check:
Once it arrives at the laundry room, stock counts are taken in linen rooms Instead of scanning every individual item by hand ,stock counts are taken in linen rooms using RFID handheld with all the information recorded. This dramatically reduces the number of hours spent manually sorting linen and offers a far more reliable counting and tracking method for stock. The same way can be recounted for the delivery and collect acknowledgment from customers.
Sorting Classification:
At present, enterprises and users hand over clothes manually,With the uniqueness of RFID tags and handheld reader can help auto sorting each linen/textile categories.Make it much easy to do handover for next progress.
